Redtinker Technologies Private Limited ("RedTinker", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Platform.

Account & Profile Information: Educational background, professional or work-related information, and what you choose to add to your profile, such as a photo, a short bio, and the city, state and country you live in.

Payment Information: Billing details and transaction data (processed securely via third-party providers).

Usage & Technical Data: Device information (including a device token used to send you notifications), IP address (which we use to work out your country, for example to show the right prices), browser or app version, and how you use the Platform.

User Content: Prompts, code, documents, and other content you provide; AI-generated outputs based on your inputs.

6. AI & Voice Data Processing

Voice Data: Voice inputs are processed in real-time to generate responses and are not stored permanently.

Text Transcripts: Text inputs and AI outputs may be stored to enable personalization and improved learning experience.

AI Model Training: We do not use your personal data, prompts, code, voice, or uploaded content to train our own foundational AI models.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve performance, and analyze usage. Analytics tools, including Google Analytics for Firebase in our mobile app, are only activated after you provide consent, and you can say no and still use everything. 8. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers for AI processing, hosting, storage, payments, and analytics. These providers process data only as necessary and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, or by following the steps on our Delete your account page. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Children's Privacy

RedTinker is for people aged 13 and over, and we do not allow anyone younger to use it. Indian law treats anyone under 18 as a child, so users under 18 must use the Platform with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Every account holder confirms at sign-up that they are at least 13 and, if under 18, that a parent or guardian agrees, and we store that confirmation with the date it was given. We also ask for a date of birth at sign-up, and we turn away anyone who is under 13. We do not independently verify a guardian’s consent — so we are relying on that confirmation rather than proving it. We are stating this plainly rather than claiming a check we do not perform.

We do not profile users, track them across other sites, or run targeted advertising — to children or to anyone else.

A parent or guardian who wants an account closed and its data deleted can write to support@redtinker.com, and we will do so.

13. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

14. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including India and other regions where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
