Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RedTinker website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI & Platform Disclaimer (collectively, the "Policies"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Indian law treats anyone under 18 as a child, so if you are under 18 you may use the Platform only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of it.

When you create an account you confirm that you are at least 13 and, if you are under 18, that a parent or guardian agrees. We record that confirmation and the date you gave it, and we ask for your date of birth so that we can turn away anyone under 13. We do not independently verify a guardian’s consent, so we rely on that confirmation being accurate.

If you believe an account has been created by a child without permission, write to support@redtinker.com and we will close it and delete the data associated with it.

3. Description of Services

RedTinker provides AI-powered educational tools, including coding assistance, learning guidance, voice interactions, and content generation. You acknowledge that these services rely on artificial intelligence systems and may be subject to limitations, inaccuracies, or interruptions. Use of AI features is also governed by our AI & Platform Disclaimer.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Platform. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. We do not sell your content or use it to train our own foundational AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying AI systems
• Generate malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged — see Cancellation & Refunds for the full terms.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: access continues to the end of that period, and no refund is issued for it. Credits already spent are not refundable, because spending them runs paid AI work on your behalf.

A subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Cancellations and refunds for those purchases are handled entirely in your store account — we are not able to issue them.

Prices are shown in your local currency where one is available, and in US dollars otherwise. Indian customers are billed by us; customers elsewhere are billed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record, and any tax shown at checkout is theirs to collect and remit.

8. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedTinker disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redtinker Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or opportunities, or any reliance placed on AI-generated outputs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedTinker, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the Platform is discontinued. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rourkela, Odisha, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
