Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

RedTinker is a digital service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier, so no shipping charge is ever added and no delivery address is required to buy.

2. When access starts

Access is granted immediately on successful payment, on the same account that made the purchase. A subscription raises your plan for the billing period; a credit pack adds its credits to your balance at once.

Confirmation is sent by email, and the purchase appears in your billing history along with its invoice.

3. If access does not appear

A bank occasionally confirms a payment to us a few minutes after confirming it to you. If your plan has not changed within 30 minutes, write to support@redtinker.com with the payment reference and we will either activate it or refund it in full. See Cancellation & Refunds.

4. Where we deliver

Anywhere the service is lawfully available. An internet connection and a supported browser are the only requirements; the mobile apps additionally require a supported version of iOS or Android.
